Le but de la formation de formateurs/formatrices (HAWA ToT 1-2021) est de créer dans la région de l'Afrique de l'Ouest un pool de formateurs/formatrices capables de faciliter des formations en matière d'assistance humanitaire destinées aux acteurs civils, policiers et militaires impliqués dans les opérations de l’assistance humanitaire et de secours en cas de catastrophe.

The course will provide participants with analytical skills necessary for promoting efficient administration of justice and prevention of crimes. It will further explore the dynamic nature of human communication. This course seeks to emphasise on the use of non-verbal communication and other communication techniques. Effective non-verbal communication techniques in the execution of criminal justice among the major stakeholder professionals will thereby promote coordination and collaboration at all levels of the Criminal Justice System.
Participants will have an opportunity to develop their technical management and adaptive leadership skills to manage work situations they previously felt trapped in, perform effectively their current functions and get prepared for more senior positions in their respective agencies.
