IVTScrip™ pT7-mRNA-EGFP Vector

The vector is a simple and effective RNA transcription system suitable for a variety of research, including the in vitro translation, biochemical studies, protein expression, and biological imaging. The system was driven by the T7 promoter to efficiently generate GFP mRNA through T7 RNA polymerase and nucleotides under appropriate reaction conditions. The vector has excellent replication ability in E. coli and easy to operate, which facilitates mass production of mRNA.
