KAIPTC COVID-19 Special Information and Guidelines (valid until further notice) for International Facilitators, Course Participants, Guests and Visitors:
The KAIPTC Staff, Facilitators, Course Participants, Guests and Visitors, are obliged to follow the COVID-19 Protocols of the Ghana Government, the Ghana Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the KAIPTC, without any exception. International Facilitators, Course Participants, Guests and Visitors have to make sure that they are fully aware of the current COVID-19 Policy’s and Guidelines in their Country of origin and in Ghana (self-responsibility)
International Facilitators, Course Participants, Guests and Visitors are required to upgrade their health insurance policies, to include COVID-19 tests, quarantine time/expenses as well as a possible treatment for COVID-19.
International Facilitators, Course Participants, Guests and Visitors are mandated to go through three (3) COVID-19 Tests (if necessary) as follows:
- Test 1: Shall be taken in the Country of origin of the Facilitator or Participant.
- Test 2: Shall be taken on arrival at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Ghana.
- Test 3: Shall be taken in Ghana before departure from Ghana (if necessary).
The KAIPTC shall cover the costs of the three (3) COVID-19 Tests for all International Facilitators and Course Participants of KAIPTC sponsored Courses.
The total amount involved is at maximum Four Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$ 450.00). However, International Facilitators and Participants are to pay forehand for the Tests 1 and 2, which receipts shall be submitted to KAIPTC Course Director for reimbursement upon arrival at the Centre.
Remarks:
Neither the Government of Ghana, the Ghana Ministry of Defence (MoD), the KAIPTC, jointly or severally, nor the Course Sponsor or Organizing Country, shall be held responsible in any way, for any cost arising out of a COVID-19 Case (Quarantine time, health treatment in Ghana, etc.).
