Gender Adviser Course-21

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

This course is for people who want to become more effective in supporting gender mainstreaming as a gender adviser and therefore not designed for people who need to know more about the concept of gender. Accordingly, the overall course aims to provide participants with knowledge, practical tools and skills that will enhance their ability to support gender mainstreaming in an organization.

This is a fully-funded course with support from the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA), Sweden, and KAIPTC’s Women, Peace and Security Institute (WPSI).  WPSI is able to provide support to the course through the earmarked funding from the Government of Sweden and the core funding from the Government of Norway.
